Village Square
At the heart of the neighborhood is the village square. At the farthest points it is just a ten minute walk to the community center and convenient store fronts, including a general store. This is where everyone comes for meetings, get-togethers and quick errands.
Community Center
The community center features a multi-purpose room that can be used for basketball, volleyball or indoor community gatherings. Features include one gym/grand hall, two meeting rooms and a kitchenette.
Amphitheater
The east side of the community center has been designed as an outdoor amphitheater perfect for watching movies in the warm weather months.
Parks and Recreation
Plans call for two pools, one full-size and one wading, with an adjacent playground. First floor restrooms will be utilized by both community center and future pool patrons.
Over 70 of the 205 acres in Stonegate are dedicated to parks, greenspace and wildlife areas. This includes a large central park and smaller parks in each neighborhood.Elementary and Middle School
A new state-of-the-art, Four-star Zionsville K-4 elementary school is in the process of being built on land donated by the Stonegate Team. Stonegate will also be donation $200 from every lot sale to the Zionsville Education Foundation.
