Builder Approach to Home-A-Rama 2007

While the popularity of townhomes has grown, so has the repetitiveness of their design. For this show and because of Stonegate's established architectural variety and standards, we are introducing a fresh new "manor home" style, two-story townhome. The design hearkens back to the European Arts and Crafts Architecture of the late 1800's and early 1900's. Similar in style to the country houses and attached cottages of the time, our townhomes are designed to create the regal splendor of a larger, statelier structure while retaining the function of individual homes. Our featured townhome is designed to attract a broad range of market segments and offers a first floor master suite, large storage room, raised ceilings and maintenance free living.
